After Sales Service
Our dedicated team of service managers and engineers helps to provide supervision for installation, commissioning, and site testing. We conduct training for the operations and maintenance team at the site. We can also offer various audit programs to ensure equipment is used efficiently and effectively. Service AMCs can also be offered as per custom requirements.
In-house Fabrication Operations
- Cutting, welding (MIG, TIG, ARC) by ASME Qualified Welders, Drilling, Grinding, Painting, Assembly, Testing, and packing.
Material Handling Facilities
- Overhead automatic crane with 5-ton capacity, Jib crane – 2 ton capacity, Trolleys, weighing machine.
Utilities
- Power - 50 HP, Compressed Air, Water storage – 25 KL UG tank, Inverter for power backup.
Quality
- ISO9001:2015 certification by TUV NORD, WPS/PQR/WPS qualified by Bureau Veritas, API 675 test bench, API 676 test bench, AODD pump test bench, Hydrotest, Pneumatic test by Air/Nitrogen, Noise level test, Factory acceptance testing, Paint DFT checks.
Warehouse/Storage
- At any time, we keep more than 700 unique SKUs in inventory in our Vasai factory to deliver within 48 hours anywhere in India for pumps, valves, compressors, genuine spares, and accessories.
